This week I am pleased to say that I think I've hit my stride with the new job. Not only am I getting my head around things, but I'm also feeling a bit more 'awake' - the cold has gone!
I also asked one of my yogi teacher friends to ask me next week, how many classes I go to in the coming week. Yoga makes me feel good and I just haven't been doing it enough. And gee, how am I meant to teach if I'm not discovering the joy of yoga myself?
So cardio - tick! Yoga - soon to be ticked!
